Huge number of footfall at the first unique Carnival
Sirsa, 10th August | On the pious occasion of the 50th incarnation day of Revered Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, a splendid ‘MSG 9Bar9 Carnival’ was organized. The festival was inaugurated by His Holiness by joining ribbon. This week long carnival is spread across an area of 10 acres, and is an excellent exhibit of almost extinct heritage of India. Large masses stormed the fest and praised the Mini India depicted therein.
The Royal family of Dera Sacha Sauda was also present with Revered Guruji during the inauguration held near the Shah Satnam Ji Dham. His Holiness visited every stall, enquired about the details and appreciated the showcase of Indian culture. At the Gaming stall, He even played some games like ball throw. The stall managers from various states welcomed Guruji with a dance and singing performance. His Holiness also inaugurated the Cashless System of payments in the carnival itself.
Camels and mares performed dance to welcome Saint MSG
Everyone greeted Revered Guruji in his/her own ways. Folk songs and dances from various states added more fun to the event. Youngsters competing for physical strength amidst tractors, mares moving on the dance floor, camels riding huge carpets and folk dance of Rajasthani artists were the highlights.
Carnival is a huge part of Indian culture, reminded of childhood: Revered Guruji
During interaction with the media gathered to cover the fiesta, Revered Guruji said, “The set up reminds me of childhood and so I began to play. Villages have had a culture of carnivals, where people were entertained and basic necessities of daily life were sold. Our Indian culture is great and carnivals are a huge part of it, which is dieing. People will be aware of the Indian history. MSG 9Bar9 Carnival is a Mini India, where food and culture of all Indian states are showcased.”
He further added, “May our culture flourish with God’s grace. Hence we named this festival as ‘MSG 9Bar9 Carnival’. Games, food stalls & various commercial stalls have been set up. People from all over India and abroad are visiting this exhibit and all the locals must enjoy it.”

For the first time organised in Sirsa,this grand carnival has emerged as a platform of cultures of many states. Whereas when it comes to amusement one can enjoy different rides and games there. And also there is a gallery for amazing photography captured by Guru ji as well as a display of world records in the name of Dera Sacha Sauda. One can also have a glance on marvelous cars designed by Saint Dr. MSG.

What’s special about such delicious treat to oneself is universal menu Right from Siddhu special Punjabi dhaba to Rajasthani jeemanhaar, Jodhpur special, famous gol gappas of Chandni Chowk in Delhi, Kangra special from Himachal to Lucknow’s biryani and Raajbhog, Continental food from Italy, Australia, America and England to South Indian dosa house, Phirni from Punduri to Hansi peda. This carnival also includes more than 70 stalls of household items, electronic items, shoe, Garments and eatable items from different states like Punjab, Haryana, Maharastra, Western, Gujarat, UP, Himachal and Tibbat. For giving you a memorable experience, it is having stage for Haryanvi and Rajasthani cultural dance, Camel and Horses dance, ride of camel, and different kinds of amusements. Visitors can also enjoy father daughter’s duo ‘Jattu Engineer’ a comedy flick with many inspirational messages, shows by world famous cinema on wheels- ‘Online Mahi Cinema’. Fair timings are 10 AM to 7PM and 10PM to 2AM.

Every single visitor was having his own way to celebrate the day (Saint Dr. MSG’s Birthday week) to the fullest. Accordingly to interest many were playing games whereas others were enjoying cultural dance programs. Many were showing interest in different kind of foods whereas others were enjoying amusing rides. Many were seen discussing about this unique gift from Dr MSG on His golden Jubilee Incarnation festival. Right from food from different regions to the entertainment, the carnival became a one stop solution for various needs of visitors. Beautiful car’s designed by Saint Dr. MSG are center of attraction for everyone. On the one hand aged people were seen living their childhood once again whereas children were showing interest towards technology and video games there. Overall this grand carnival can be viewed as an great event for all age groups. Indeed amazing!!
